Our friendly sized cooperative processes 50,000 lambs and 1000 cattle and veal calves each year in the EC approved abattoir at Mauleon (in Dept. 64).

We focus on quality and selectivity to provide the trade with fine products which only connoisseurs will appreciate to the full.
